Cancellation policy

Introduction

Our weekly and monthly subscription service is designed to provide you with uninterrupted access to your chosen products without a fixed rental end date and affordable payment intervals.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle to ensure continuity. You will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before each renewal.

1. Cancellation before delivery

Gift code (free)
If you decide to cancel your order after payment, you can opt for a gift voucher equivalent to the full amount of your order at no additional cost.

• The voucher can be used for future purchases, but it is single-use only.
• Any unused balance will be forfeited if not redeemed in one transaction.

Refund (10% fee):
If you prefer to cancel your order and receive a refund to your original payment method, a 10% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment provider costs. Refunds can take up to 5-10 working days depending on your bank processing time.

2. Cancellation after delivery:
You can cancel your subscription anytime by making a return request in your account. Once the item has been picked up and registered back in our warehouse, your subscription will automatically end.

• You can cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle.
• Subscription renewals cannot be reversed once initiated.

To manage your subscription, log into your account to view your renewal date.

3. Early return refund:
If your subscription renews and you return items early, you will receive a credit for the unused days. This credit will be added to your account and can be used for future orders.

No cash refunds are possible for renewed subscriptions.
